At HUOYH LLC, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, custom-designed products. Because we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) business model, all of our apparel, bags, and accessories are custom-made specifically for you once you place an order.

Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (BUYER’S REMORSE / SIZING ISSUES) Because each item is custom-printed to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. We highly encourage you to review our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit and satisfaction.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or has a manufacturing/printing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

  • Timeframe: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
  • How to submit a claim: Please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage. Once we verify the issue, we will process a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

3. LOST IN TRANSIT For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to the address you provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, and a refund or replacement will not be issued.

4. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

5. REFUND PROCESSING If your refund is approved due to a product defect, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
